In our 4-day Product Photography Course you will learn essential techniques for photographing a variety of products, from food to product photography and artistic still life, at our state-of-the-art London studio.
Led by an established professional Still Life photography tutor, you’ll acquire the knowledge and practical skills needed to produce high-quality, professional images that showcase the best features of any product. This comprehensive course is a valuable addition to your skill set and the perfect foundation for a career in this in-demand field of photography.
What is the course about?
This course is designed to help you master the technical and artistic aspects of capturing professional-grade product shots. Over the course of 4 days, you will learn essential camera settings, specialist equipment, composition principles, & lighting techniques that will elevate your product photography to the next level. In addition, you’ll explore the nuances of working with different materials and textures, enabling you to adapt your approach to suit various products.
This hands-on course incorporates a series practical assignments, covering the main techniques of product photography: reflective and transparent objects, food photography and freezing liquid with ultra-fast flash duration. Under the guidance of our tutor, on the last day of the course you will plan and conduct your own product photography shoot, ensuring you receive ample opportunities to practice and refine your skills.
Alongside technical know-how, we’ll discuss and analyse the work of influential still life photographers. Whether you’re an aspiring professional or looking to enhance your existing photography skills, our Product Photography Course will provide you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to produce captivating product images that showcase your unique creative vision.
