What is the course about?
When it comes to bringing selected images to the highest standard, nothing beats Adobe Photoshop. It’s retouching, colour grading and compositing abilities are second to none, giving photographers complete control over the process.
This course caters to both beginners and those familiar with the basics, providing a detailed exploration of key Photoshop elements, including non-destructive editing, global and local adjustment layers, and essential image compositing techniques.
Through following a real-world retouching briefing, you’ll gain hands-on experience with the software and understand how these techniques can enhance your personal photography style. The curriculum covers retouching using layers (clone & healing), adjustment layers (Curves, Hue/Saturation), working with masks, image compositing techniques, finalising the image, and exporting files for the web and print. This immersive course will enable you to refine your image editing process and unlock the creative possibilities that Photoshop has to offer.
